About this site
dreamwild.co.za is a travel platform operated by Leisure Options (Pty) Ltd (registration number 1988/007026/07), produced in collaboration with WildEarth. Properties listed here are sourced through Leisure Options (Pty) Ltd, and enquiries and bookings are facilitated by them.
How a booking is made
No booking is concluded and no payment is taken on this website. What happens next depends on the property, and it works one of two ways.
Properties you can book online. Where a property is integrated with the Leisure Options (Pty) Ltd booking engine, you are taken there with your dates, guests and any promotion pre-filled. Your booking contract, payment, deposit rules and cancellation and refund terms are the ones presented to you by that booking engine and by the property — not by this page.
Properties marked “by enquiry”. Submitting an enquiry is a request for information. It is not a reservation and holds nothing.
Where we can offer you something, we send a quote, valid for 24 hours from when it is sent. Accepting a quote tells us what you would like — it does not reserve the room. We hold no inventory of our own, so the same room may still be sold elsewhere in the time it takes us to place your request with the property.
We then confirm your request with the property directly. If they can supply it, we confirm your booking in writing with the property’s own reference number — that is the point a reservation exists, and the property’s own booking, deposit, cancellation and refund terms apply from there. If they cannot, we will tell you and offer to find something else.
We do not take payment on this website at any point. Once a booking is confirmed, we send a separate payment link — hosted by the payment provider, not by us — and payment is made there, on whatever terms that page states.
Best-price guarantee
Find one of our stays cheaper elsewhere and we will do our best to match it. Rates offered to closed user groups cannot always be matched. To claim it, send us the cheaper rate — where it is publicly available, for the same property, dates, room type and conditions — before you book, and we will take it up with the property. Rates available only to a closed user group (a members-only scheme, a corporate agreement, an opaque or bundled rate) cannot always be matched, because we may not be permitted to sell at them.
Rates, availability and content
For properties you can book online, rates and availability are live in the reservations system and can change at any time. For properties marked “by enquiry”, no rate is shown on this site at all — pricing is put together for you directly, in a quote, and is only ever confirmed once the property has accepted it.
Property descriptions, photography and travel information on this site are provided in good faith and for general guidance. Where a promotion is shown, it is subject to availability, to the dates stated, and to the promotion’s own conditions in the reservations system — a promotional code will only discount where it is valid for that property and those dates.
We work to keep the information on this site current. Even so, a property can change a detail before we hear of it. Where this site and the booking engine differ, the booking engine governs; where this site and a quote we have sent you differ, the quote governs.
Acceptable use
Please don’t use the site unlawfully, attempt to break or overload it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or submit false enquiries. We may restrict access where that happens.
Intellectual property
The Dream Wild name, logo, site design, text and photography are owned by Leisure Options (Pty) Ltd or its licensors, and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we don’t warrant that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this site. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law.
