What to contact us about
- Availability and rates for any escape, including the enquiry-only properties.
- Groups, events and long stays — anything the online booking flow doesn’t cover neatly.
- Promotions — if a code isn’t applying, tell us the property and dates and we’ll check it.
- An existing booking. Bookings are held in Leisure Options (Pty) Ltd’s reservations system — please quote your confirmation number and we’ll pick it up from there.
Booking enquiries
The quickest route for a specific property is the Enquire button on that property’s page — it sends us the escape, your dates and guest numbers in one go, so we can come back with real availability rather than questions.
Where we are
Dream Wild is operated by Leisure Options (Pty) Ltd in South Africa. Reservations are answered during South African business hours (SAST, UTC+2); enquiries sent over a weekend are picked up the next working day.
