- A deal is only confirmed once availability has been checked and confirmed directly with the property or our reservations team — an enquiry or promo code submission does not guarantee a booking at the advertised rate.
- Standard booking, payment and cancellation terms of the property in question apply in addition to these deal terms.
- Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
- Images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect the exact room or view allocated.
- One redemption per booking — a promo code cannot be applied more than once across multiple rooms or repeat bookings unless stated otherwise.
- No cash alternative is offered in place of a percentage-off or voucher-style deal.
